Your privacy on this site

Last updated: October 2026

This site is run by Senavante LLC. We built it to collect as little as possible. This page explains what that means in practice.

The short version

When you request an introduction

The form asks for your name, email address, organization (optional) and a short message. When you send it, our server checks it and sends it to us as a single email. The website does not keep a copy in a database or file.

We use your details to reply to the request you sent. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell your details.

We keep correspondence only as long as it's useful, and delete it on request.

Who helps us

Our site and its contact form run on Hostinger, and messages reach us through Google Workspace. They process your information only to provide those services to us.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the US.

The spam check

To keep automated spam out, the form uses ALTCHA, a self-hosted check that runs a short calculation in your browser. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not contact any outside service.

To stop the form being flooded, the server briefly records a value derived from your network address, together with the time of each attempt. It is kept only in scrambled form and deleted within 24 hours, and it is not linked to anything you write.

Server logs

Like any website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs (such as network address, time, page requested and browser type) to keep the service running and secure. We do not use these logs to track or profile visitors.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@senavante.com and we will respond. You can also contact your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
